3. Purchase and Payment Terms

3.1 Product Offerings

Modern HSV Playbook offers digital educational ebooks for immediate download. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Pricing and Availability

• Prices are stated in British pounds (GBP) or your local currency as displayed

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time

• Products are available whilst in stock; we are not liable for unavailability

• Promotional discounts (e.g., 30% off) are valid during specified periods only

• Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be combined unless stated

3.3 Payment Processing

• Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe

• Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and never stored on our servers

• You authorise us to charge your payment method for the full purchase price plus applicable taxes

• We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods as displayed

• Payment is due at the time of checkout before Products are delivered

• A receipt will be sent to your email address

3.4 Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies on your purchase based on your location. We will collect and remit applicable value-added tax (VAT) or sales tax where required by law.

3.5 Billing Issues

If your payment fails:

• We will notify you via email

• You will have a reasonable opportunity to correct payment information

• If payment is not resolved, we may suspend or cancel your order

4. Product Delivery and Download

4.1 Delivery Method

All Products are delivered digitally via email. Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with your order details

• A download link (valid for 30 days from purchase)

• Access instructions for opening/viewing your purchased ebooks

4.2 Technical Requirements

To access and use our Products, you will need:

• A valid email address

• An internet connection

• A device capable of reading PDF or ebook formats (computer, tablet, smartphone)

• Compatible software (PDF reader, ebook reader application)

4.3 Download Period

Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, links may expire. We recommend downloading and saving your Products immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for loss of access after the download period expires.

4.4 No Returns or Refunds

All digital Product sales are final. Because digital products cannot be returned or resold, we do NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or returns, except in the following circumstances:

Circumstances for Refund:

• Product defect or corruption (file cannot be opened or is damaged)

• Unintentional duplicate purchases (within 24 hours)

• Authorised refund as per our refund policy insert link if applicable

• As required by applicable consumer protection law

How to Request Refund:

Contact hello@modernhsvplaybook.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line, including:

• Your order number

• Purchase date

• Reason for refund request

• Proof of purchase (email receipt)

We will review refund requests within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or control all rights in your submitted content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Our Products and Website content are for informational and educational purposes only. They do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our Products are NOT:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Modern HSV Playbook.

10.2 Informal Resolution

We will respond within 10 business days and attempt to resolve the issue.

10.3 Mediation

If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days:

• Litigation Option 2: Either party may pursue legal action in the courts of Insert Jurisdiction.

10.5 Class Action Waiver

You and Modern HSV Playbook agree that any arbitration or legal action shall be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive the right to participate in class actions or collective disputes.

11. Termination and Access Restrictions
